Insurance Concepts in Motion (ICM) was founded in June, 2002 by Mary Hauri, President.  She has been in the insurance industry for many years, and throughout those years, has visited more than 500 hundred independent insurance agencies in the Midwest helping them with their automation needs.

 All team members have experience in multiple systems. We are members of the IIAW, and Vendor specific user groups. Insurance Concepts in Motion is Best Practices certified.  We are also certified to teach continuing education in Wisconsin and Illinois on Errors and Omissions as they relate to automation.
